Animation is at the heart of what we do here at Stepmates Studios.

Starting as self-taught animators producing social media videos and web-series, we’ve grown to be a fully equipped animation studio creating content for entertainment and enterprise.

Our animation team has decades of experience animating for film, TV, and the web including our own Original Animated Series - Regular Old Bogan on Network Seven.

We immediately loved animation as a medium for content creation. It opens up endless possibilities beyond the boundaries of reality - without the budget or logistical requirements of live action filming.

Animation allows us to push the limits of creativity for narrative storytelling and lets us take characters anywhere, and make them do anything.

It’s a powerful and cost-effective way to produce branded content. For corporate and advertising, it’s an eye-catching medium that engages audiences and stands out on social feeds and television.

Animation is for all ages, whether it be for the young or the young-at-heart. Children’s animation and adult comedy both lean on the potential of animation to drive their story and capture their audience’s attention.
